Shipping Rates & Estimates
All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or UK bank holidays.
We partner exclusively with premium express carriers to ensure swift and secure transit for all global destinations.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can monitor the journey of your package directly via our courier's premium tracking portal.
MIST ensures that every package is perfectly secured before transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately:

Hygienic Return Conditions
Due to strict medical, sanitary, and hygienic standards, the MIST Ultrasonic Capsule and Mint Tablets must remain in their original, unopened state. *The protective hygienic seal must be completely unbroken and unaltered* for a return to be accepted.
If the seal is broken, we cannot authorize a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Unopened items with intact seals can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the item arrived damaged during transit. For technical malfunctions, returns or exchanges will be accepted upon verification via photo or video evidence. In the event that a part replacement is required, a replacement component will be provided free of charge.
