MIST SHIPPING POLICY

We are delighted to offer premium, fully trackable delivery services across the United Kingdom to ensure your MIST ritual pieces arrive with the care they deserve.

1. PROCESSING TIMES All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be dispatched on the same working day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or UK bank holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Standard UK Shipping (7-12 Business Days): Free on all orders over £50. For orders below £50, a standard shipping fee of £3.95 applies.

3. TRACKING YOUR RITUAL As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can monitor the journey of your package directly via our courier's premium tracking portal.

4. DAMAGES & DELIVERY ISSUES MIST ensures that every package is perfectly secured before transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our concierge support within 48 hours at support@mistritual.net , orders@mistritual.net , help@mistritual.net accompanied by photographs of the damaged items.
