MIST RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MIST, we commit to the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and wellness. Due to the personal care nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure the ultimate safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your items.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received them.
* MIST Ultrasonic Capsule: Must be returned in its original, unopened luxury packaging with the security seals completely intact.
* MIST Mint Tablets / Bundles: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, oral care refills cannot be returned if the protective foil or packaging has been opened or unsealed.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at support@mistritual.net or orders@mistritual.net with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
